Obtaining rights is a rather lengthy process. Driving school training lasts from 3 to 5 months. Not everyone can attend classes at certain times, although they are usually held in the evening. In this case, it is possible to obtain an external driver's license.
It is necessary
- - money (the amount depends on the region, in different cities and regions the prices are different);
- - examination tickets for traffic rules (traffic rules);
- - medical certificate (approved sample, especially for drivers);
- - a driving instructor (or another person who can teach you how to drive a car really well and correctly);
- - passport with local registration or registration at the place of residence.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate at your place of residence and clarify the possibility of obtaining rights in this way, and also clarify the list of necessary documents to obtain rights.
Step 2
Collect all the necessary documents in accordance with the established list. This list includes:
1) passport, copy of passport;
2) if there is no registration, then registration documents;
3) a medical certificate (all the doctors necessary for the passage will be put down in the registry of the polyclinic);
4) a statement in which you will need to indicate the reason why you cannot attend a driving school and undergo training and education at the school.
Step 3
After submitting the documents, the traffic police will send a request to the place of your registration with a clarification: did you receive a driver's license earlier, and also whether you are deprived of your rights and are you on the wanted list.
Step 4
After all the checks and requests (you will need to find out yourself when the answer to the request comes) sign up for the exam.
Step 5
Prepare for exams. Buy traffic rules tickets, memorize and solve all tickets several times. The rules are worth learning and remembering. Problems should be solved many times, otherwise the theory will not be passed in the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. There are many sites on the Internet where there are theory tests, practice them as well.
Learn to drive well. Hire an experienced private instructor (preferably on a recommendation, because you can run into a beginner). Take driving lessons in both the city and the polygon. Ask the instructor about possible pitfalls when passing driving to the traffic police.
Step 6
At the appointed time, come to the traffic police with documents (passport and medical certificate, as well as its copy), hand over the documents, and in return you will receive: an examination ticket, a driver's card and a receipt for payment of the state duty. You will be given 20 minutes to answer 20 exam questions. If you make 2 or fewer mistakes, you will be admitted to the driving test (driving will be in the city and at a special training ground).
Step 7
If everything went well, pay the receipt and come on the appointed day (with a receipt and a check for payment of the duty) to obtain a driver's license.
