Instructions

Step 1

It is impossible to make a motor for the stove on your own, so get a motor from any car ready-made. Even the motor for the VAZ-2110, with its skillful transformation, can be installed on the stove of any car. If you want to put the motor on the stove, first carefully remove the stove of your car and take out the old failed motor. Be sure to mark its location on the holder so that in the future you can correctly assemble the oven, and then mark the place where the impellers are located. To remove the motor for the stove, remove the impellers located on the shaft by simply unscrewing them, since this element is usually held only by friction and is not fixed in a special way.

Step 2

Unscrew the screws from the old motor, remove the two plates where these screws were previously screwed in, which will allow you to carefully remove the retaining half ring from the shaft without damaging it. Remove the armature together with the cover with the brush assembly, as the brushes can be damaged due to the worn-out collector cone. After wringing out the brushes, slowly remove the cover from the anchor, cut the rivets with a special tool and release the brush holder assembly. Place the brush plates, half-ring and washers in the box to avoid losing these parts. Solder the armature where the wires are riveted into the collector plates.

Step 3

Before installing the motor on the stove, break out the plate holding the bronze bushing with pliers and a screwdriver so that the stove body and its cover remain intact. In the lid itself, cut off the burr protrusions on which the plate was attached. Prepare plastic caps for the floating bearing and attach the bearing itself to the bronze bushing and bolt and nut. The bolt should be installed horizontally in relation to the stove body, and fill the free space between the body and the installed bearing with epoxy.

Step 4

When the resin hardens, remove the bolt and pre-assemble the motor, first without brushes. In place of the retaining half ring, put on a plastic cap, as well as a piece of pipe. Assemble the motor, paying attention to the position of the armature, which should remain in the center of the assembled structure. Fasten the brush holder to the cover with screws and nuts in the same position as before disassembling the stove. Put the cover on the anchor, pressing the brushes, attach the bearing cap and install the already assembled motor into the housing, fixing it with a locking half ring.
