The GAZelle car allows the driver to feel confident in the Russian off-road conditions. The machine is adapted to domestic standards of fuels and lubricants, unpretentious in operation. However, there are also disadvantages. One of them is the interior heater, which quickly comes out of standing.

Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to prepare the car for repair. Ensure safety by disconnecting the negative cable from the battery. Drain antifreeze or other coolant into a prepared container. Do not let the liquid come into contact with the painted surfaces of the car, as it is toxic and can corrode the paint and leave marks.
Step 2
Remove the instrument panel carefully. To do this, unscrew the fasteners for the upholstery, remove the cover of the safety block and pull out the fuses themselves.
Step 3
Then remove the steering column, pull out the receiver to gain access to the connector blocks that need to be removed. To do this, detach the front ashtray panel, lower shelf and glove compartment. For convenience, remove the gear lever. Pay special attention to the speedometer, the parts of which can be easily bent during dismantling.
Step 4
Find and unscrew the spring clip, then slightly loosen the tension of the bolt to disconnect the pull of the heating tap from its drive lever. By twisting around its axis, remove the holder from the rod. Then carefully loosen the bolt and disconnect the lever from the ventilation flap. Inspect the heater motor. You need to find two pads on it and disconnect them from the resistor. On the side of the engine compartment, it is also necessary to insulate the hoses for the fluid supply and drain.
Step 5
Now proceed to dismantle the air ducts. Start with the central one, then move on to the pipes that are responsible for blowing the windshield. Be sure to also remove the corrugated hoses. Unscrew the heater mounting nuts and carefully, so as not to damage the pipes, tilt it and pull it towards you to remove.
