Instructions
Step 1
Before installing the roof rack, remove any dust and dirt from the roof rack. Finding the roof railing for a long time on the roof can cause the color of the paintwork under the structure to differ from the base color, that is, the car will burn out in the sun. Such a defect can be easily removed by polishing.
Step 2
When installing a roof rack on a car, insert the plastic key into the existing roof slot. Then rotate it clockwise 90 degrees until you hear a characteristic click.
Step 3
Then remove the support cover and install the fasteners in the arc slot. Secure the support in the arc with a cam. To do this, first press it up to the arc. After completing the assembly of the arch, attach it to the roof of the car for fitting. Before trying on the rack, adjust the position of the cam so that the support on the arc is the same width as the car's roof.
Step 4
Fasten the supports located on the arches so that their pillows are located to the center of the vehicle 1-1.5 cm closer than the intended place of installation of the trunk. Then tighten the fasteners with the L-wrench. They must be securely fixed. After that, cut the rubber gasket, check if it matches the dimensions, and insert it into the slot in the trunk arch.
Step 5
Snap the plastic cap onto the installed arc from above. Also close the support cover, for this, insert the plastic key into the cover slot and turn it counterclockwise 90 degrees until it clicks.
Step 6
To install or remove the clamp on the support, unscrew the existing mounting bolt. During this process, it is important to hold the cylindrical mortgage with your hand, since quite often it jumps off when the bolt is unscrewed. Then insert the clamp and tighten the bolt. Apply a sticker to the back of the support.
