The direct-flow exhaust system with sports mufflers is designed with minimum resistance for exhaust gases in mind. As a result, the BMW engine loses a small amount of power in the exhaust system, and the overall engine power is increased. After installing such systems, the BMW engine must be reconfigured for the new characteristics of the exhaust system.

Depending on the system, it allows you to get an increase of 10-30 hp. At a cost of 500 to 1200 euros, this is a fairly affordable and effective way to boost your BMW's engine. However, there are some nuances to consider. Firstly, when installing such a kit, you should replace the candles, filters, nozzles and oil with new ones, preferably tuning ones.
