Step 1
You need to start with a complete analysis of the cabin. The first step is to remove the seats. Thus, we provide a place to work. The rear seat is secured with nuts that can be unscrewed without any problems. The front seats are more complicated. They are attached with several bolts located in hard-to-reach places. The parts are best folded so that there are no problems during assembly.
Step 2
After completely removing the seats, dismantle the central tunnel. The tunnel has two parts - upper and lower. Their connection is carried out using several self-tapping screws. The lower part of the tunnel is also fixed to the floor. After the tunnel is removed, you can disassemble various little things. We remove the door sills, seat belt fasteners, plastic from the steering column, and more. It is best to mark the details so that you can then put them in the right place. Turn off the dashboard and radio.
Step 3
When the interior is disassembled, you can start gluing. First of all, you need to glue the floor of the cabin. It is best to glue with vibrating material, which is sold in any store that sells auto parts. When gluing material to the floor, you need to be extremely careful. It is necessary to ensure that the material repeats the shape of the floor as much as possible. It is best to use an industrial hair dryer. The material must be glued carefully so that it adheres to all irregularities. The underside of the car creates noise more than other parts, so you need to do everything efficiently.
Step 4
Next, we are gluing all the doors. It is necessary to remove the casing. We glue the material to the metal, while trying to completely cover it. The skin itself must also be glued from the inside. Don't forget about the joints. Putting everything together in the reverse order. We rejoice at the silence in the car.
